The state-owned Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg, Rosselkhozbank) plans to open branches in London, Hong Kong and Zurich, according to the bank’s government procurement data published Tuesday. “Subject of the agreement: to render legal services on issues of opening and functioning of JSC ‘Rosselkhozbank’ representative offices in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Swiss Confederation, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China,” the document reads.
