Il Centro russo per la riconciliazione in Siria ha consegnato 6,1 tonnellate di aiuti umanitari alle province siriane di Aleppo e Suwayda nelle ultime 24 ore. Lo rende noto il ministero della Difesa russo secondo il quale 1.900 cittadini siriani hanno ricevuto l’assistenza umanitaria fornita da Mosca. Gli aerei russi hanno consegnato ad oggi 21 tonnellate di aiuti umanitari forniti dalle Nazioni Unite per la zona di Deir ez-Zor utilizzando piattaforme paracadute.

The Russian Center for Syrian reconciliation delivered 6.1 tonnes of humanitarian aid to the Syrian provinces of Aleppo and Suwayda over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense ministry said on Tuesday in a news bulletin. “Within last 24 hours, the Russian Centre for reconciliation of opposing sides has held 6 humanitarian events in the provinces of Aleppo (5), and Suwayda (1). … Total weight of humanitarian aid provided to the Syrian population has reached 6.1 tonnes,” the bulletin read. According to the ministry, 1,900 Syrian citizens received the humanitarian assistance provided by Russia. Russian aircraft delivered 21 tonnes of humanitarian aid provided by the United Nations to the Deir ez-Zor area using parachute platforms. Syrian residents are in dire need of assistance amid continuing fighting between the Syrian government forces and various opposition and terrorist groups, such as the Islamic State (IS), outlawed in Russia and many other countries.
