I rappresentanti russi in seno alla Commissione russo-turca sulla tregua siriana hanno registrato nove le violazioni del cessate il fuoco nelle ultime 24 ore. Lo rende noto oggi il ministero della difesa russo. Secondo quanto riportato nella parte russa del bollettino quotidiano le nove violazioni si sarebbero consumate nelle province di Latakia (5), Hama (2), Damasco (1) e Idlib. Nella sezione turca del bollettino vengono invece riportate otto violazioni del cessate il fuoco: tre a Homs, due a Daraa, due a Hama, e uno nella di Damasco “, si legge nel bollettino del Centro di riconciliazione siriana. Russia e Turchia sono garanti del cessate il fuoco siriano è entrato in vigore lo scorso 30 dicembre. Cessate il fuoco che malgrado le continue notizie di violazioni, ha tenuto fino ad oggi. Il Consiglio di Sicurezza delle Nazioni Unite ha approvato una risoluzione di sostegno nel mese di dicembre.

Russian representatives in the Russian-Turkish commission on the Syrian truce have registered nine violations of the ceasefire regime over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said Monday. “The Russian part of the joint Russian-Turkish commission on issues related to violations of the Joint Agreement has registered 9 violations over the past 24 hours in Latakia [5], Hama [2], Damascus [1], and Idlib [1] provinces,” the ministry’s Center for Syrian reconciliation said in a daily bulletin. “The Turkish side has registered 8 violations: three in Homs, two in Daraa, two in Hama, and one in Damascus provinces,” the bulletin said. According to the document, the Russian side cannot confirm any violations registered by Turkey. Russia and Turkey are guarantors of a nationwide Syrian ceasefire regime that came into force on December 30, and has been holding up in general, despite continued reports of violations. The UN Security Council passed a resolution in December supporting the effort.
