Lo ha detto il ministero della Difesa russo. “Questi rapporti – ha detto il portavoce del ministero, il maggior generale Igor Konashenkov -, redatti da dilettanti, che citano dati dai social network e storie di anonimi e sconosciuti testimoni oculari via telefono, distruggono la già controversa reputazione di Human Rights Watch”.
