Lo ha detto a Sputnik il vice ministro degli Esteri russo, Oleg Syromolotov. Ciò, e “questo è particolarmente importante”, a condizione che “tale lavoro congiunto abbia luogo su una base costruttiva e reciprocamente vantaggiosa” ha aggiunto.
