Il Capo della Chiesa ortodossa russa, Kirill intende visitare la Siria “al più presto”. Lo ha comunicato il rappresentante del Patriarca di Antiochia, Arseniy Sokolov. “Il Patriarca ha visitato la Siria molte volte e spera di tornarci di nuovo” ha detto Sokolov in una riunione nel convento di Nostra signora di Sednayah.

Russian Orthodox Church leader Patriarch Kirill intends to visit Syria “at the earliest opportunity,” Hegumen Arseniy Sokolov, the representative of the Patriarch to the Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, said Tuesday. “I am conveying the greetings from the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriach Kirill. He has travelled the Syrian land many times and hopes to come here again,” Sokolov said at a meeting with the abbess of the Convent of Our Lady of Sednayah and Russian lawmakers in Syria.
