La Russia ha registrato un aumento del 5,4 per cento nel numero di pazienti affetti da HIV nel 2016 rispetto al 2015. Lo ha detto il vice primo ministro Olga Golodets. “Abbiamo registrato 103.438 nuovi casi di infezione da HIV nel 2016, +5,4 per cento rispetto al 2015”, ha detto Golodets in un incontro a Mosca. Secondo Golodets, il numero totale di sieropositivi in Russia ha raggiunto quota 870.952 persone.
