Il candidato alla presidenza francese del partito Front National Marine Le Pen dovrebbe vincere il primo turno delle elezioni presidenziali, ma essere sconfitta nel secondo dall’ex ministro dell’Economia Emmanuel Macron. Lo rivela un nuovo sondaggio di Ifop, secondo cui Le Pen si prevede possa raccogliere il 25 per cento dei consensi contro il 20,5 per cento di Macron mentre il candidato Francois Fillon sarebbe terzo con il 18,5 per cento. Il sondaggio ha aggiunto che Macron invece dovrebbe trionfare al secondo turno con il 63 per cento, mentre la candidata del Front National raggiungerebbe il 37 per cento.

French presidential candidate of the National Front party Marine Le Pen is projected to win the first round of the presidential elections, however she will be defeated in the second one by former country’s Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron, a new poll published on Friday revealed. According to the survey carried out by the Ifop pollster, Le Pen is expected to gather support of 25 percent of the French nationals, Macron would be supported by 20,5 percent of voters, while France’s The Republicans candidate Francois Fillon would be the third with the 18.5-percent support. The poll added that Macron would win the presidency with 63 percent in the second round, while the National Front’s candidate would be supported by 37 percent of the French. The first round of the French presidential election is scheduled for April 23, while the second one would take place on May 7.
