La Bielorussia potrebbe aumentare il periodo di soggiorno per gli stranieri senza visto nel paese. Lo ha detto il ministro degli Esteri Vladimir Makei nel corso di una conferenza stampa del presidente Alexander Lukashenko. “Per quanto riguarda i cinque o più giorni abbiamo deciso di non rompere il sistema, e procedere lentamente. In un primo momento abbiamo concordato che proporremo la possibilità di soggiorno degli stranieri per cinque giorni senza visto. Questo è sufficiente agli uomini d’affari per venire qui e tenere colloqui rilevanti, e per i turisti per vedere alcune attrazioni della Bielorussia”, ha detto Makei. “Se vediamo che questa modalità funziona, allora prenderemo in considerazione la possibilità di offrire periodi più lunghi per gli stranieri che soggiornano nel Paese”, ha detto.

As travel between Russia and Belarus, which are both part of the Union State, is visa-free and the duration of stay is unlimited for the citizens of the two countries, Moscow has expressed concern that foreigners, arriving without visas to Belarus, may illegally enter the territory of Russia.
